Barn for hire at High House Production Park

Hire the Barn for your wedding venue, conference, birthday party, exhibition space, large meeting or special event.


The Grade II listed Barn has stood on the site since 1898. It has been restored with great care to ensure it retains its charm and character while offering maximum flexibility to meet all your event requirements.

Capacity of Barn

The Barn has been refurbished to provide two function halls, a kitchen and a mezzanine room.


There are two function halls: The East Barn and the West Barn. Each has the following capacity:

  • Congregation / lecture theatre: 100 seated
  • Classroom: 60 seated
  • Boardroom / workshop: 40 seated

Available for the hire space

We can arrange for the provision of tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment and refreshments. Our fantastic on-site caterers Grand Events are also available, with menus ranging from breakfast meetings to working lunches to three course sit-down meals.



Hire prices

Our hire rates vary on full days, half days, evening or weekend hires. We also offer discounts to charitable organisations and for educational purposes.

#The Mezzanine is only accessible via a staircase, therefore is not sutiable for users with limted moblity

In addition The Mezzanine can be hired separately for £20 per hour minimum 2 hour charge

All Rooms include either:

  • a projector, screen, computer/laptop and sound system for music playback
  • a TV and laptop

A flipchart and pens are included in all spaces.

Microphones, Slideshow Clickers, Technician attendance and Stages are available
on request.
